Earn 5 points per £1 of eligible product spend after discounts. We round down to whole points for each order. Delivery and gift-card purchases do not earn points. Orders are checked every few minutes after payment. Use the same customer account when shopping.

Your code is single-use and belongs to your customer account. Use one reward code per order. Rewards do not combine with BABY10 or other discount codes. Points are deducted when a code is created, even if you use it later.

Points are adjusted after refunds or cancellations. If you have already exchanged those points, your balance may become negative and future purchases will make up the difference. Some unusual orders or refunds may need a manual check.

You do not need to subscribe to marketing emails to earn points. Promotional reward emails follow your email preferences. Orders placed before the programme launch do not qualify.
