How do I personalise my gift?
Choose your gift, select the available options and enter your personalisation on the product page. Follow the instructions for that design, then check names, dates and spelling before adding it to your cart.
Can I see a design preview?
Design previews are available on request. Please get in touch before ordering to discuss a layout or check whether your idea will work with a particular gift.
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders the next working day. Dispatch is when your order leaves us; delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. See our shipping information for details.
Can I order for a special date?
Please contact us before ordering if your gift is needed for a particular date. We can help you check the available options. Delivery choices and costs are shown at checkout.
Can I request different wording or a custom idea?
We’d love to hear your idea. The space and options available depend on the design, so please tell us what you have in mind before ordering.
What if I need help with my order?
