How do I start collecting points?
Shop on our website using the email linked to your customer account. Eligible paid orders placed from the programme launch earn 5 points for every £1 of qualifying product spend. Points appear once your payment and order have been processed.
Which purchases earn points?
Eligible paid orders placed on this website from the programme launch earn points on product spend after discounts. Shipping and gift cards are excluded. Points are rounded down for each order and adjusted after refunds or cancellations. Some orders may need a manual check.
Where can I find my points?
Sign in to the customer account linked to your order and open your Rewards panel to see your balance and available rewards.
How do I use a reward?
Exchange enough points for a single-use reward code, then enter it at checkout on an eligible future order using the same customer account. Each reward has the minimum order amount shown above. Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do my earlier orders count?
Points are earned on eligible purchases made from the programme launch. Orders placed before launch do not earn points.
