SHIPPING
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours, depending on what shipping service you have selected. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Creative mama gift shop with details of the product and the defect.
Customs fees may apply.
OTHER INFORMATION
We currently have warehouses in the United Kingdom. Depending on your location your order will be shipped from one of them. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you.
Orders can be shipped to only one address. To send to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each address.
Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr Day (third Monday in January)
- Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (the first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (the fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
RETURNS CONDITIONS
- You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear and accessories.
- All returns will be refunded via PayPal
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
