Hello World Baby Announcement Plaque

The standard design includes “Hello World”, “my name is” and the outlined heart. We add the name you enter in the large script position. If you enter a second name, it is engraved in the smaller line beneath. You only need to type the name details, not the fixed greeting.

Put the first name in First name (large script) and the second name in Second name (optional). For the pink example, enter Elodie in the first box and Grace in the second. For the blue example, enter Teddy and Ben. Please check both entries before ordering.

Yes. Enter the first name and leave the second-name box completely blank. The finished plaque will have the large first name with no second name underneath, as shown in the single-name gallery photo. Please leave the optional field empty rather than typing “none” or a dash.

You can use the smaller second line for a middle name or surname. If you want several names, a long double-barrelled name or a particular arrangement, contact us before ordering so we can check how it will fit. Letter size and spacing may be adjusted to keep the wording balanced.

All wording on this design is laser engraved into the birch plywood. It has a flat wooden face with dark engraved detail. The first name is shown in a larger flowing script, while the optional second name uses the smaller lettering shown in the gallery. There are no raised name pieces on this plaque.

The colour selector changes the satin ribbon only. Choose Pink or Blue. The balloon stays natural birch wood, and the lettering is dark engraved detail. There is no painted-name colour selector on this design; the gallery shows both actual ribbon options.

Small is approximately 11 cm wide × 13 cm high. Large is approximately 15 cm wide × 20 cm high. These are the wooden plaque measurements; the loose ribbon is additional. Check the size selector before ordering, as lifestyle photographs are styling examples rather than a scale guide.

Yes. It is designed as a baby name reveal and newborn photo prop, whether you are sharing a first photograph with family or keeping a picture for your baby album. Use it for a supervised photo and remove the plaque and loose ribbon from the baby's sleeping space afterwards.

It can be included in an announcement photograph when you already know the name you want engraved. The standard plaque says “Hello World, my name is”. If you need different wording, a due date or a layout for sharing pregnancy news, please contact us before ordering rather than entering an instruction in a name field.

Yes, the plaque is supplied with the satin ribbon in your selected Pink or Blue colour. Knitted blankets, flowers, clothing, toys and other styling props in the photographs are not included. This is a flat keepsake plaque and is not supplied with a freestanding display base.

Birch is a natural material, so grain, tone and the way the engraving appears can vary slightly between pieces. The gallery shows the design and dark engraved finish. Ribbon shades can also look a little different under different lighting or on different screens.
