Yes. Replace Happy Birthday with a short greeting such as Happy Retirement, Thank You or Merry Christmas. The greeting field accepts up to 40 characters, including spaces. Choose words that suit the occasion and the person receiving your gift.

No. Keep the example message, replace it with your own words or clear the optional message field for a sign with just the greeting and name. Include any from / love wording in the message field if you want it engraved.

The name field allows up to 30 characters, the greeting up to 40 and the message up to 160, including spaces. We arrange the text to fit the sign, so longer wording may use smaller lettering. Please contact us before ordering if you have a longer dedication or a special layout in mind.

The standing person beside the horse has either the long-haired Woman silhouette or the short-haired Man silhouette shown in our comparison photo. The horse, message sign and overall size follow the same design. Choose the style you prefer in the Style option.

Choose Yes to include the small wooden holder for a rolled banknote. Choose No for the personalised horse display without that holder. Both options include your personalised sign and the standing horse design; the comparison photo shows the difference.

No. Any banknote shown in the photographs is an example of how to present your cash gift. You add your own money after receiving the wooden holder. Other styling props in the photos are also not included.

With the money-holder version, roll your banknote neatly and gently slide it through the wooden ring, as shown in our how-to photo. Adjust the roll so it sits comfortably; do not force the note or bend the wooden holder. Remove the money and keep the personalised horse display afterwards.

The small wooden ring is designed to hold a rolled banknote. It is not a pocket for a plastic gift card or a storage box for coins. If you want a different way to present your gift, please ask us before ordering.

The display measures 20 cm wide and approximately 12 cm high. It is made from 3 mm birch plywood and stands on a wooden base. Our dimensions and in-hand photos help show its scale.

The wording is laser engraved directly into the birch plywood, with a crisp, dark finish. It is not raised 3D lettering. The fonts and layout follow the design shown in the gallery, with your text arranged to suit the available space.

Birch is a natural material, so grain, tone and engraving shading can vary slightly from piece to piece. The wood has a natural unpainted finish, with darker laser-cut edges. These small differences are part of the character of a wooden keepsake.

It is a thoughtful personalised gift for a horse lover, rider, horse owner or riding instructor. We prepare orders in Hull and aim to dispatch on the same working day where possible, and no later than the next working day once payment and complete personalisation details are received. If a design needs approval, that timing starts after approval. Free standard UK delivery is usually Royal Mail 2nd Class; allow approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch as a guide, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Available upgrades are shown at checkout.

Please contact us before ordering if your gift is needed for a particular date, or if you would like to check a layout. We can advise on the wording and available delivery options. A delivery upgrade changes the postal service; your gift still needs to be made.

Display it indoors on a dry, stable surface. Lift it by the base and handle the cut-out details gently. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid soaking the wood or leaving it in damp conditions.

Contact us promptly if you spot an error or want to change your details. We accept cancellation of personalised orders before production starts. Once production has begun, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return of a personalised item; your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly made by us or not as described are unaffected.

Please email us with your order number and explain the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where possible, help us resolve it. We will help arrange the appropriate solution in line with our returns policy.
