Personalise it with your due date

Enter the due date wording you would like below “Due”, such as April 2027 or Spring 2027. A month and year suits a specific expected arrival, while a season gives you a broader way to share the news. The dates shown in the photographs are examples; your entered wording will be used for your order.

The standard design reads “It's a Girl” or “It's a Boy”, followed by “Due”, your personalised date and the small heart. For the double-sided choice, the same due date is used on both faces. If you need different text on each side, an unusually long date or a change to the standard layout, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the details.

Birch is a natural material, so the grain, tone and engraved shade vary slightly from piece to piece. The laser-cut edge has a darker finish than the pale front. Small variations are part of the material, and the photographs show example plaques rather than a promise of identical grain. Styling accessories, knitted clothing, blankets and baby booties are not included.
