How to personalise your plaque

1. Choose your size. Select Small, Large or XL before adding your plaque to your basket.
2. Enter the surname. Write only the surname you want beneath “Baby”, for example Johnson. Check spelling, hyphens and any capital letters carefully.
3. Enter the due date. A month and year such as January 2027 works well with this layout. Enter the wording exactly as you would like it engraved.
4. Review your details. The names and dates in our photographs are examples. Your plaque will be made using the details you submit.
