Personalised Wooden Heart Plaque

Turn your own words into a personalised wooden heart plaque that someone special can keep on display. Add a name, a birthday wish, an anniversary message or a simple thank you, and we will laser engrave your wording into natural birch plywood. Leafy details and painted red hearts complete the design, with a matching wooden stand included.

A little heart with a message that is yours

• Your own wording: personalise the heart with a name, short message, date or meaningful quotation.
• Engraved into the wood: the lettering and decorative outline are laser engraved on the front.
• Natural birch plywood: a light wooden finish with visible grain and dark laser-cut edges.
• Painted red hearts: small accents that complement the engraved leafy design.
• Stand included: display your freestanding wooden heart on a shelf, desk, bedside table or mantelpiece.
• Compact keepsake: approximately 14 x 13 cm, made from 3 mm birch plywood.
• Made in Hull, UK: created by our small family business.
• A gift for different occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or a thank you.

How to personalise your wooden heart

Use the personalisation fields above the Add to cart button. The photographs show examples; please enter the wording you would like on your own heart.

1. Name or recipient (optional): add a name, two names or a title such as Sarah, Mum or Ella & James. Leave this field blank if you would like a message without a name at the top.
2. Your engraved message (required): enter your complete message, including any date, punctuation and wording you want to appear. Use up to 200 characters, including spaces. Shorter messages leave more room for clear, easy-to-read lettering.
3. Sign-off / who it is from (optional): enter the full closing exactly as you would like it engraved, for example Love, John or From Emily. Leave blank if you do not want a signature.
4. Additional notes (optional): use this field for layout instructions, for example Please keep the date on a separate line. These notes are instructions for us and will not be engraved.

Personalisation example

Please check names, dates, spelling and capital letters before ordering. We will arrange the wording to suit the heart, so line breaks and text size may change with the length of your message. For a longer poem, a special layout or wording in another alphabet, please contact us before ordering.

A thoughtful gift for someone special

This engraved wooden heart makes a personal birthday gift for Mum, a romantic anniversary keepsake for your partner or a thank you gift for a friend, teacher or family member. Choose your own words to make it suitable for the person and occasion, rather than using a fixed message.
