Personalised Wooden Name Sign for Girls

A little room, a name she loves, and daisies to make it feel like hers. This personalised wooden name sign for girls brings soft colour and a lovely 3D finish to a bedroom door, nursery wall or reading corner. We make each floral plaque to order in our family workshop in Hull, UK, with a raised, painted first name and white daisies with pale yellow centres.

Choose a single name like Ellery, or add a middle or last name engraved below, as shown with Amelia / Lily-Mae. With 18 name colours and four sizes, you can match a pastel nursery, a bright girls' bedroom or a natural wood theme.

🌼 A daisy name plaque made just for her

• Raised 3D lettering: the first name stands above the natural birch wood backing in our flowing script style.
• Optional engraved name: add a middle or last name below the raised name, or leave this blank for a single-name sign.
• Floral details: three layered white daisies with soft yellow centres give this wooden door plaque its distinctive finish.
• Your choice of colour and size: choose from 18 painted name colours and Regular, Large, XL or XXL.
• Adhesive pads included: ready to display on a suitable clean, smooth indoor door or wall.
• Handmade in the UK: carefully cut, finished and personalised to order by Creative Mama Gift Shop.

✍️ How to personalise your name sign

1. Choose your size and name colour from the options above.
2. Enter the first name exactly as you would like it made in raised 3D lettering.
3. Add any middle or last names in the optional engraving field. Leave it empty if you would like only the raised name.
4. Check spelling, capitals and hyphens before adding your sign to the basket.

The name colour applies to the raised lettering. The backing stays natural wood, with white and yellow daisy details. Each layout is arranged around the name, so the outline and overall proportions can vary. If you have a long name or a particular layout in mind, please contact us before ordering.

🎨 Choose from 18 name colours

Pastel Pink, Deep Pink, Pastel Blue, Light Violet, Purple, Navy Blue, Forest Green, Sage Green, Red, Orange, Yellow, White, Beige, Grey, Black, Brown, Gold and Silver.

Shown in the photos: Amelia with Lily-Mae in Pastel Pink, and the single name Ellery in Deep Pink. Colours can look slightly different across screens and lighting; natural wood grain also varies from sign to sign.

📏 Four sizes for doors and nursery walls

Measurements are approximate and depend on the name length and layout. Regular is a lovely compact bedroom door name sign; the larger sizes make more of a feature on a nursery or bedroom wall.

🎁 A personal gift for a little girl's room

A floral nursery name sign is a thoughtful baby shower, new baby or christening gift, and a personalised bedroom door sign makes a lovely birthday surprise. The layered daisies and natural wood suit both a new nursery and a growing child's room, giving her a keepsake made with her own name.
