Personalised Wooden Name Letters

A name that makes their room their own

Our personalised wooden name letters bring a personal finishing touch to a nursery, child's bedroom or playroom. Made to order by our small family business in Hull, UK, each name is laser cut from 3 mm birch plywood in your chosen script style. Select a hand-painted colour to suit their room, or choose natural unpainted wood for a softer, neutral look.

From a new baby's first room to a dinosaur bedroom or a cosy reading corner, this wooden name sign turns a familiar space into somewhere that feels theirs. The lightweight, joined lettering sits directly on the wall, with the room's colour showing through the letter openings.

Choose the right size for their room

The width is for the complete name or word, not each letter. The height varies with the name length and font. Longer names will have smaller letters at the same width, and the heights above are examples rather than fixed measurements. Measure your display space before choosing; contact us if you need to check dimensions for a particular name.

Four fonts, in the original order

Choose Font 1 – Reuben, Font 2 – Oakley, Font 3 – Millie or Font 4 – Charlotte, using the numbered examples in our Fonts & Colours guide. The names are examples of each style; your sign will use the name or word you enter. Millie's style includes heart-shaped dots above i letters.

18 finishes to match their space

Pastel Pink, Pastel Blue, White, Grey, Beige, Brown, Gold, Black, Light Green, Forest Green, Sage Green, Orange, Yellow, Purple, Navy Blue, Red, Silver and Unpainted.

Soft pastels suit a gentle nursery, greens work beautifully with woodland or dinosaur decor, and brighter colours bring a playful touch to a playroom. The colour guide shows every finish. Wood grain and screen settings can affect how colours appear.

How to personalise your name letters

1. Choose your size and Name Colour.
2. Select your font number using the guide.
3. Enter the name or short word, including the capital letters you would like.

Easy to display, made for their room

Use the included sticky pads on the back of the lettering, then position and press the name onto a suitable clean, dry, smooth wall or interior door. The letters are for indoor decorative use; handle thin joins gently and mount securely out of a child's reach. Furniture and styling props in the photographs are not included.

A thoughtful personalised gift

A nursery name sign makes a lovely new baby or baby shower gift, while personalised bedroom letters are a lasting birthday surprise for a growing child. For more room ideas, explore our personalised kids' room signs.
