What can I personalise?

Add your surname and the due month and year. The design includes “Here we grow Again!”, “BABY”, “COMING SOON”, stars, dots and the little footprints.

What should I enter in the surname box?

Enter the surname only, for example Coole. BABY is already part of the design, so you do not need to enter it again. Please use the spelling you want engraved.

How should I enter the due date?

Enter the month and year exactly as you would like them shown, for example April 2027. This is an example; please enter your own due month and year.

Can I leave the due date off?

Yes. Enter “no date” in the due month and year field so we know to omit it intentionally.

Is this suitable for a second baby announcement?

Yes. “Here we grow again” is a lovely way to announce another addition to the family. It also works for a third, fourth or later baby.

Can I include an older sibling in the photograph?

Yes. An older child can pose beside a parent holding the plaque, or the sign can sit beside the family’s shoes for a growing-family announcement. Always supervise children around the plaque.

Is the sign suitable for a baby boy or girl?

The natural wood finish, stars and footprints are gender neutral. You can announce the pregnancy without including the baby’s sex.

Is this a physical product or a digital download?

You receive one physical personalised wooden plaque in your chosen size. No digital template or printable file is included.

Is the lettering raised or engraved?

All lettering and decoration are laser engraved directly into the wood. This version does not have raised or coloured acrylic lettering.

What is the plaque made from?

Approximately 3 mm birch plywood with natural grain and a laser-cut edge. The engraving is permanent.

Which size should I choose?

Check the measurements in the size selector before ordering. Small suits a compact keepsake or close-up arrangement, while Large and XL give the wording more space in a wider photograph.

Can I change the main message?

Please contact us before ordering if you want to change the fixed wording, add a longer message or request a different layout. We can confirm what will fit before you place the order.

What about long surnames or special characters?

For a long surname, hyphenated name or special characters, contact us before ordering so we can check the layout. Letter size and spacing can vary to suit the wording.

Will I receive a design preview?

Previews are available on request. Please contact us before ordering if you need to discuss your wording or see how a particular layout would work.

Are the ultrasound, shoes or gift box included?

No. Your order contains one wooden plaque. Ultrasound prints, clothing, shoes, blankets and the keepsake box are styling props.

When will my order be sent?

We usually dispatch the next working day once the personalisation details are confirmed. Please check the delivery information and estimates at checkout, and contact us before ordering if you need it for a particular date.

Will every plaque look identical?

Natural wood grain and tone vary between pieces. Engraving shade and the layout needed for different surnames may vary slightly too.

How do I care for the plaque?

Keep it dry, handle gently and wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, damp storage or bending. This is a decorative keepsake and photo prop, not a toy.
