Snowman Bauble

A little snowman, a favourite name, a place on the tree. This personalised snowman bauble is a flat Christmas decoration made from 3 mm birch plywood, laser engraved with your chosen name and finished with a sage green satin ribbon. Its smiling face, patterned winter hat and cosy scarf make it a cheerful wooden keepsake to bring out each Christmas.

A wooden snowman with character

From the tiny patterns on his hat to the striped scarf and outstretched twig arms, this snowman is full of winter detail. Your chosen name is engraved on his tummy, where it becomes part of the design. The pale wood, dark engraving and soft sage ribbon work beautifully with natural, rustic or neutral Christmas decorations.

Hang him on a tree branch, add him to a seasonal display or tie him onto a wrapped present for a personal finishing touch. When the wrapping is gone, the recipient still has their own named ornament to keep.

How to personalise your snowman bauble

1. Enter the name in “Name to engrave”. Type only the name you want on the snowman's tummy, for example Oliver, Amelia or Noah. You do not need to type “Name:” before it.
2. Check the spelling and capital letters. Enter the name as you would like it to appear. The lettering style shown in the photos is used, with the layout adjusted to suit the name.
3. Use the optional notes box for instructions. Use this for any additional order instructions or a detail already discussed. Notes are not automatically engraved.
4. For different names, add each bauble separately. Enter the first name and add it to your basket, then repeat for the next person. Increase the quantity only when you want identical baubles with the same name.

The standard design includes one name on the front. If you would like extra wording, a date or a different layout, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what will fit.

Product details

Each piece of wood has its own grain and shade, so small variations in the wood and engraving are part of its natural appearance. Photos showing several names illustrate personalisation options; each bauble is sold individually. Wrapped gifts and other styling accessories are not included.

A personal Christmas gift

Choose a child's name for their own tree decoration, make matching individual ornaments for siblings, or give a friend a little keepsake with their name on it. This personalised snowman ornament also adds a thoughtful touch to a Christmas Eve box or a present for a grandchild. There is no fixed year in the design, so it suits a festive tradition that continues as they grow.

Care and dispatch

Display indoors and keep dry. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth, and store flat in protective wrapping between Christmases. Handle the twig arms with care. This is a decorative keepsake, not a toy.

We aim to dispatch on the same working day where possible, and no later than the next working day after payment and complete personalisation details are received. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery time is additional; please see our shipping policy for current options.

Snowman bauble FAQs

What size is the snowman bauble?

Approx. 15 cm high × 9.3 cm wide × 3 mm thick. Height includes the wooden hanging loop and excludes the ribbon; width is measured across the widest part.

Can I choose the name on the snowman?

Yes. Enter your chosen name in the required “Name to engrave” box. We engrave it on the snowman's tummy in the lettering style shown. Please check spelling and capitalisation before adding it to your basket.

Is the personalisation included in the price?

Yes. The price includes one wooden snowman, one engraved name and the sage green hanging ribbon. Extra wording or a different design should be discussed with us before ordering.

Is this a flat wooden decoration or a round bauble?

It is a flat, snowman-shaped decoration cut from 3 mm birch plywood. The name and winter details are engraved into the wood; it is not a hollow ball or a layered 3D ornament.

Does it come with a ribbon?

Yes. Each snowman comes with the sage green satin ribbon shown, ready to hang. You do not need to choose a ribbon colour for this design.

Can I order several baubles with different names?

Yes. Personalise and add each name to your basket separately. This keeps the correct name attached to each ornament. For several identical baubles, enter the name once and choose the quantity you need.

Will a longer name look the same as Oliver?

The layout is adjusted to the name, so longer names may use smaller lettering.

Can I add a year or message?

This listing is for the name-only design shown. Please contact us before ordering if you would like a year or extra message. The optional notes box is for instructions and does not automatically add extra engraved text.

When will my snowman bauble be sent?

Our usual dispatch target is the same or next working day once we have payment and all personalisation details. Dispatch and delivery are separate: the delivery estimate depends on your chosen postal service.
