Our personalised baby milestone plaque set pairs a wooden name disc with matching monthly markers, finished with raised lettering and a delicate engraved teddy bear. Place the appropriate disc beside your little one for a photograph, then keep the collection with their first-year memories.

Choose the Full set of 13 discs for the complete first year, or a Single Name Plaque if you only need the personalised Hello World name plaque. Five painted lettering colours let you choose a gentle pastel or a neutral finish.

A matching set for their first year

The Full set contains one personalised name plaque and twelve milestone plaques. The monthly markers run from One month through Eleven months, followed by One Year Old for the first birthday. There is no separate Twelve months disc: One Year Old is the final marker.

Bold, raised wooden words make each stage easy to spot in photographs. Smaller wording and the teddy illustration are engraved into the pale birch background, giving the set a consistent design from the first picture to the last.

Select the option you want under Style before adding to your basket. The full collection pictured in our gallery is supplied only when Full set is selected. Blankets, toys, clothing and other styling props in photographs are not included.

How to personalise your name disc

1. Choose the main name. Enter it in the first field exactly as you want it, for example Amelia. This is the large raised wooden name.
2. Add an optional lower line. Enter a middle name, surname or both in the second field, for example Rose Davies. This line is engraved below the raised name. Leave it blank if you do not want a lower line.
3. Choose your lettering colour. The raised name and the large milestone words will match your selected colour.
4. Check spelling and punctuation. Include any hyphens or accents you want us to reproduce. For a long name or a specific arrangement, contact us before ordering.

Example: Main name: Amelia · Optional lower line: Rose Davies · Colour: Pastel Pink. The finished name disc reads Hello World / my name is / Amelia / Rose Davies, with the engraved teddy beneath.

The names in the photographs are examples. We use the names you submit. No second name or surname is added automatically. Hello World, my name is and the teddy are part of the standard name-disc design; the milestone wording stays standard. The personalisation applies to the name disc, rather than repeating the baby's name on every monthly marker.

Five colours for the raised lettering

Choose Pastel Pink, Pastel Blue, Grey, Beige or White. The painted finish applies to the raised wooden lettering, while the circular background remains natural birch and the smaller details are engraved. Our colour image shows all five choices together so you can compare them.

Pastel Pink and Pastel Blue offer a soft finish for baby photographs. Grey, Beige and White are easy to pair with neutral clothing and blankets. Every colour is available for any name; the example names simply show how the layout looks.

Size, materials and finish

• Approximately 11 cm diameter per disc.
• 3 mm birch plywood base, with raised wooden lettering adding depth.
• Laser-cut circular design with engraved wording and teddy detail.
• Hand-painted raised name and milestone words in your selected colour.
• Single-sided designs, with natural variation in wood grain and tone.

These are wooden milestone discs rather than paper cards. The layered lettering gives the photographs a little extra dimension, while each plaque remains easy to arrange for a simple flat lay.

Make monthly baby photographs easy

Choose a bright spot with gentle daylight and a plain blanket, then place the correct month's disc beside your baby. Keeping the background similar each month makes it easier to see how much they have grown. A quick photograph is enough: you can use the images in a baby album, a family photo book or a first-birthday collage.

The name disc can be used for their first introduction, and the matching wooden monthly photo markers carry the same design through the year. Once the photographs are taken, store the discs together as a first-year keepsake.

Care and use

For decorative, supervised photographs only. These plaques are not toys or teethers. Keep them beyond your baby's grabbing and mouthing reach, remove them after photographs, and do not leave them in a cot or sleep space. Store out of children's reach. Keep dry and dust with a soft dry cloth.
