Yes. Personalise your wooden lettering with a name, family name, business name or short phrase. The words in the photographs are examples; your sign is made with the wording you submit. Check spelling, capital letters and punctuation before checkout.

Choose an available width and colour, select font 1, 2, 3 or 4 using the font guide, and enter your exact wording in the custom text field. Review your choices before adding the sign to your basket. If your design needs a particular layout, contact us before ordering.

Measure the space where you want to display the lettering and choose from the widths available in the Size menu: 20, 30, 45, 60, 80 or 92 cm. Think about nearby furniture, door frames and the distance from which the words will be read. For a multi-word phrase or a precise fit, send us your wording and measurements so we can confirm the layout before you order.

No. The options are listed by width; the height depends on the words, font and proportions of your design. Words with tall letters or descending strokes can look different at the same width. If the height matters for your space, ask us to check your chosen wording and font before ordering.

Yes, this design can be personalised with a short phrase as well as a single name. For larger signs we recommend at least two words. Tell us about any specific line breaks or arrangement before ordering so we can check the layout and how the lettering will be supplied.

There are four font options, numbered 1 to 4. Use the font guide in the gallery or the See fonts & colours button near the order form, then choose the matching number in the Font menu. If you are unsure which style suits your words, we can help.

Design previews are available on request. Contact us with your wording, preferred font, colour and size. If your design needs approval, the dispatch timing starts after approval and receipt of all personalisation details.

The lettering is laser cut from birch plywood. It is shaped wooden lettering, with the wall or backdrop visible around the words, rather than a printed design on a rectangular board. Choose unpainted natural wood or a painted finish to suit your space.

Choose from 17 painted colours plus Unpainted natural wood: Pastel Pink, Pastel Blue, White, Grey, Beige, Brown, Gold, Black, Light Green, Forest Green, Sage Green, Orange, Yellow, Purple, Navy Blue, Red and Silver. Select an available size and colour combination in the order menus.

The colour chart is a visual guide. Screen settings, lighting and the natural wood can affect how a finish appears. If you are coordinating the sign with a particular room or event palette, contact us for advice before choosing your colour.

Adhesive sticky pads are included. Plan the layout first, attach pads to the back of the lettering, peel off the liners and press the pieces into position. Use a clean, dry, smooth indoor surface and support delicate parts while handling the sign.

Adhesion and removal depend on the wall surface, paint condition and finish. Textured, dusty, damp or fragile surfaces may not be suitable, and we cannot guarantee damage-free removal. Check that your surface is suitable before mounting and take care if you need to remove the lettering.

Yes. A farewell phrase works well on the indoor wall above the exit door, where it can be seen as you leave the house. Measure the space above the frame and choose a size that leaves room around the lettering. This sign is intended for indoor decoration.

Yes. Choose wording for a wedding backdrop, reception space, salon, studio or office. For an exact logo, a specific typeface, unusual characters or a more complex design, send us the details before ordering so we can confirm what is possible. The four standard font choices do not automatically reproduce an existing logo.

A child's name or a short phrase makes a personal detail for a nursery, bedroom or playroom. Choose a finish that complements the room and mount the lettering securely, out of children's reach. The sign is a decorative item.

This listing is intended for indoor decoration. Keep the lettering dry and away from direct moisture. For an outdoor display or an area exposed to damp, contact us before ordering to discuss suitability.

Free standard UK delivery is included. We usually dispatch by the next working day once payment and complete personalisation details are received; if approval is needed, the timing starts after you approve the design. Delivery time is additional. Smaller standard Royal Mail orders usually take approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch; larger parcels and other services have their own estimates. Check the delivery information for current details.

Please contact us before ordering with the date and delivery postcode so we can check what is possible. Available delivery upgrades are shown at checkout. A faster postal service does not remove the time needed to prepare your personalised design.

Contact us promptly if you spot an error or need a change. We accept cancellation of personalised orders before production starts. Once production has started, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for a sign made with your wording.
