How to personalise your sign

1. Select the size and Name Colour.
2. Enter the raised name exactly as you want it cut. For Olivia's Room, enter Olivia's, including the apostrophe and s.
3. Enter Room in the optional engraved-text field. For a name-only plaque such as Roman, enter Roman as the name and leave the optional engraved-text field blank.
4. Check every word and punctuation mark before adding the sign to your basket.

Made for their own little space

Raised name and engraved wording

Your selected name colour applies to the raised wooden lettering. The backing remains natural wood, and the optional line beneath the name has a dark laser-engraved finish. The engraved words are not raised or painted. Each plywood layer is approximately 3 mm thick, creating a layered 3D effect with visible depth around the letters.

Natural grain, small differences in wood tone and darker laser-cut edges are part of the finish. Your plaque may therefore look slightly different from the examples, even when you choose the same colour.

Choose Pastel Pink, Navy Blue, Pastel Blue, White, Beige, Black, Brown, Gold, Grey, Light Violet, Purple, Red, Forest Green, Sage Green, Orange, Silver or Yellow.

Only the raised lettering changes colour; the natural wood backing stays the same. The gallery shows examples of the finish, and colours can vary slightly between screens and in different lighting.

Sticky pads included

Your sign comes with sticky pads for fitting to a suitable indoor surface. Make sure the chosen area is clean, smooth and dry, apply the pads to the back, position the sign and press firmly. Check the surface finish is suitable for adhesive mounting and that the plaque holds securely. Textured walls, dust, moisture or delicate paint can affect adhesion.

This is an indoor decorative item, not a toy. Display it securely out of children's reach. Keep the wood dry and dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Is the name raised or engraved?

The name is cut as raised wooden lettering and painted in your chosen colour. The optional smaller line underneath is engraved into the natural wood backing.

Does Room come automatically?

No. Please tell us if you want Room or another short engraved line. The exact steps are shown in the personalisation section above. We do not add an apostrophe, an s or Room automatically.

Can I order a name-only sign?

Yes. Enter the name without a possessive ending, for example Roman, and request no engraved text using the instructions above.

How do I order Olivia's Room?

Provide Olivia's for the raised lettering, including the apostrophe and s, and Room for the engraved line. Both parts must be specified.

Can I choose different words underneath?

You can request another short engraved line, such as Playroom. Contact us before ordering if you need a longer phrase, a shared-room layout or an exact arrangement.

What changes when I select a colour?

Your colour choice applies to the raised name only. The backing stays natural birch wood, and the smaller wording remains a dark engraving.

Are all signs exactly the dimensions listed?

No. The sizes are approximate guides because the outline and proportions depend on the name and any engraved line. Check your available space and contact us first if an exact fit matters.

Are sticky pads included?

Yes. Sticky pads are included. Fit the sign to a suitable clean, smooth, dry indoor surface and check that it is secure.

Can I see a preview before it is made?

A design preview is available on request. Send your chosen name, engraved text and any layout requirements when you contact us.
