Choose Oval or Rectangle, pick one of nine engraving fonts and tell us exactly what each keyring should say. Both shapes are supplied in the larger version, cut from 3 mm birch plywood with a metal split ring included. Made to order by our small family business in Hull, with free standard UK delivery.

Keep the wording brief so it remains easy to read.

Use your wooden keyring as a personalised luggage tag or bag identifier by attaching the included ring to a suitable zip pull or bag loop. A short name, initials or an “If found, call” telephone number makes the tag useful for travel bags, backpacks and everyday carry. Choose the contact details you are comfortable displaying and double-check every digit.

Business, teams, weddings and events

Label office, shop, cupboard, locker or workshop keys, create named keyrings for a team, or order bulk personalised keyrings as simple guest gifts and wedding favours. The same pack can contain different names or repeated wording. For a business logo, complex artwork or a special layout, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

How to personalise your wooden keyrings

1. Choose the shape: Oval or Rectangle. One shape applies to each selected pack.
2. Choose the pack size: this is the number of finished keyrings you will receive. The displayed price is for the complete selected pack.
3. Choose Font 1–9: use the visual samples. One chosen font applies across that pack.
4. Enter your exact text or list: include capitals, apostrophes, punctuation and telephone numbers exactly as required.
5. Check the total: the number of keyrings in your list must match the chosen pack. Leave basket quantity at 1 for one pack; increasing it orders additional complete packs.

Short wording gives the clearest result. Longer wording may need smaller lettering or a different line arrangement; contact us first if you need a particular fit, several lines or a longer message. For a mixed-shape or mixed-font order, add each combination as a separate pack. If you need to send a long list separately, contact us with your order number and complete list before production.

Ordering custom keyrings in bulk

Choose a pack to suit your project, from a few household labels to 50, 100 or 150 engraved wooden keyrings. Standard text personalisation and a metal split ring for every tag are included in the selected pack price. Different names or numbers do not require separate individual orders: simply provide one complete, checked list.

Ordering for a hotel opening, wedding, team event or another fixed date? Ask us to confirm the production schedule before ordering, especially for larger quantities. If your required quantity is not listed, send us the number, wording and deadline so we can discuss a suitable order.

Natural wood, carefully engraved

Each key tag is laser cut and engraved from natural birch plywood, approximately 3 mm thick. Grain, tone and engraving shade vary from piece to piece, giving each one its own character. Both shapes use the larger version shown in the shape guide; the oval and rectangle have different proportions.

Your order includes the selected number of personalised wooden keyrings with metal split rings. Keys, trays, bags and other styling accessories are not included. Keep the wood dry, avoid soaking and clean gently with a soft dry cloth. These are wooden identification tags and are not waterproof.

Delivery and help with your order

Free standard UK delivery is included. Please check the current dispatch and delivery information before checkout. Larger bulk orders and designs needing discussion may take longer than a single keyring. If you spot an error in your wording after ordering, contact us promptly with your order number so we can check whether production has started.
