Add your chosen greeting, names and wedding date to create a keepsake for Mum, Dad or both parents. The A4 design can be ordered with the pictured frame for £41, or without a frame for £31 if you would like to choose your own. Personalisation is included in both options.

A wooden wedding thank you tree, made for your family

The tree, leaves, doves and wedding-couple illustration are engraved into the flat wooden insert. The separate heart pieces sit above it, adding a little depth and a soft shadow. The framed photographs show the optional frame; flowers, clothing and other styling accessories are not included.

For parents of the bride or groom

Give it to both parents as a shared wedding-day thank you, or personalise the greeting for one person. It makes a thoughtful Mother of the Bride gift, Mother of the Groom gift, Father of the Bride gift or Father of the Groom gift, with words chosen for your own relationship.

A greeting such as “Dear Mum” works equally well for either family. You can also use a name or a different family title for a step-parent or another person you would like to thank. The illustrated tree and 11-heart layout stay as pictured; please contact us before ordering if you would like a different illustration or a larger design change.

Choose your frame option

The price is for one keepsake. Photographs showing two examples demonstrate different personalisation, rather than a two-piece set. The frame option includes a rear support for standing and fittings for hanging. For the unframed option, choose an A4 frame with enough depth for the wooden insert and raised hearts.

How to personalise your wedding gift

1. Select Frame: With frame or Without frame.
2. Enter Names / sign-off, up to 40 characters, exactly as you would like it engraved. For example, Emily & James. Include “Love” if you want it in the name line.
3. Add your Wedding date, up to 30 characters, in your preferred format. For example, 19/06/2027. Enter No date to leave this line off; those words will not be engraved.
4. Use Heading / greeting if you would like to replace Dear Parents, Thank You For:. Keep it to 60 characters, including spaces and punctuation.
5. Leave Words on the 11 hearts blank for the standard wording below. To replace all the words, provide 11 short words in the same order, separated by commas or numbered 1–11. Keep each word to 14 characters or fewer. The field allows 300 characters in total.
6. Use Additional notes only for a production instruction, up to 100 characters; for example, Please keep MUM & DAD in capitals. These notes are not extra engraved wording.
7. Check the names, date, spelling, greeting and frame option before adding to your basket.

Standard heart words, in order:
1. Home; 2. Sacrifices; 3. Security; 4. Wisdom; 5. Guidance; 6. Patience; 7. Happiness; 8. Strength; 9. Love; 10. Support; 11. Joy.

If you would like to change just one or two words, identify the replacements clearly in the heart-word field; for example, Replace 2. Sacrifices with Kindness; keep the other words. Short words give the clearest result. Longer names or greetings may need smaller lettering to fit the available space.

For two gifts with different dedications, add the first to your basket, then return to the product and add the second with its own details. A basket quantity of two repeats the same personalisation on both pieces.

Giving and displaying your keepsake

Present it on the wedding morning, during the speeches or afterwards as a personal thank you. The framed option can stand on a shelf, console or mantelpiece, or hang on a wall at home. Keep the wood dry and clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

What can I personalise?

The greeting, words on the 11 hearts, names or sign-off and wedding date. The tree, doves and wedding-couple illustration stay as shown unless you have agreed a different design with us before ordering.

Is this suitable for the bride's and groom's parents?

Yes. Choose a greeting for Mum, Dad, both parents or another family member. It can be a shared parents' gift or a separate thank you for the mother or father of the bride or groom.

How many hearts are on the tree?

There are 11 raised wooden hearts. The standard words are Home, Sacrifices, Security, Wisdom, Guidance, Patience, Happiness, Strength, Love, Support and Joy.

Can I choose my own words on the hearts?

Yes. Provide 11 short words in the listed order, with each word no longer than 14 characters. You can also identify only the words you want replaced. Leave the field blank to keep the standard wording.

Can the heading say Dear Mum or Dear Dad?

Yes. Enter the complete heading you would like, including any punctuation, in Heading / greeting. If left blank, we use Dear Parents, Thank You For:.

How should I enter the names and date?

Enter the names or sign-off exactly as wanted, including “Love” if needed. Use your preferred date format. The names field allows 40 characters and the date field 30 characters.

Can I leave the date off?

Yes. Enter No date in Wedding date and we will omit that line. The words No date are an instruction and will not appear on the keepsake.

Is the frame included?

Only when you choose With frame, priced at £41. Without frame is £31 and supplies the personalised wooden design with its raised hearts, ready for your own suitable frame.

What size is it?

The wooden design is A4 size in portrait orientation. The optional frame adds a border around the design, so its outside size is larger than the wooden insert.

Are the tree and hearts raised?

The tree is engraved into the flat wooden insert. The 11 separate heart pieces are attached on top, giving the design its layered detail.

Can it stand or hang?

The supplied frame has a rear support for standing and fittings for hanging. Display arrangements for the unframed option depend on the frame you choose.

Is the price for a pair of frames?

No. Each price is for one personalised keepsake in your chosen frame option. Images with more than one example show possible personalisation.

Can I order gifts for both sets of parents?

Yes. Add each gift separately with its own greeting and engraving details. Choose basket quantity two only if both keepsakes should have identical personalisation.

Will every piece of wood look identical?

No. Natural grain, colour and engraving tones vary slightly between pieces. Each design is laser cut and engraved to order.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Usually within one working day. Dispatch time and delivery time are separate; check the checkout delivery estimate and contact us before ordering if your wedding date is close.

How do I request a different illustration or a longer message?

Contact us before ordering with the wording or design you have in mind. We can check what fits the A4 layout and whether the request needs a different design or price.
