How to personalise your sign

1. Choose your colour. This applies to the raised surname and outer frame. The centre stays natural wood; the titles and EST. year keep their dark engraved detail.
2. Choose your size: Regular (19 × 11 cm) or XL (29 × 17 cm).
3. Enter all three details in the personalisation box: your titles, surname and four-digit year.
4. Check the spelling and year carefully before adding your sign to the basket.

Copy this example and replace it with your details:
Titles: Mr & Mrs
Surname: Edwards
Year: 2025

This example produces Mr & Mrs above the sign, Edwards in raised script and EST. 2025 below. For a same-sex couple, simply enter Mrs & Mrs or Mr & Mr as the titles.

The standard design uses a year, rather than a full wedding date. The surname font is the flowing script shown in the photographs; there is no separate font selection. Lettering may be adjusted in size to fit your surname while keeping the design balanced. Choose your colour and size

White: a classic, light finish. Black: bold contrast against the wood. Grey: a soft neutral accent. Brown: a warm, rustic look. Gold: a golden accent for your celebration.

The selected colour changes the surname and frame only. Gold is a colour finish on the wooden sign. Natural wood grain and painted shades can vary slightly, and screens may show colours differently.

Yes. Include your preferred titles in the personalisation box along with the surname and year. If you want another title or unusual wording, get in touch before ordering.

Can I use an anniversary year or another meaningful year?

Yes. Choose the year you would like below the surname. The standard layout reads EST. followed by your year, making it suitable for wedding and anniversary gifts.

Can I change the font or add a full wedding date?

The standard sign uses the surname script and engraved lettering shown in the photographs, with an established year below. For a different font, a full date or another layout, contact us first so we can confirm the design.

Which parts of the sign change colour?

The raised surname and outer frame use your selected White, Black, Grey, Brown or Gold finish. The centre remains natural wood, and the titles and EST. year retain their dark engraved detail.

Which size should I choose?

Regular is approximately 19 × 11 cm; XL is approximately 29 × 17 cm. Both measurements include the top titles. Check the size guide and measure your display space before ordering.

Will a long or double-barrelled surname fit?

Lettering may be resized to suit the name. Please contact us before ordering if your surname is especially long, double-barrelled or includes unusual characters, so we can check the layout.

How should I display and care for the sign?

Use it indoors on a shelf, mantel or wedding table with suitable support. Keep the wooden sign dry and handle the raised lettering carefully. Styling accessories shown in the photographs are not included.
